At BE&K Europe, quality is more than a set of features
characteristic of a given product or service. We perceive quality as a philosophy of our operations, and we treat it as an element of our
corporate culture. Supply of products and services that meet our
client’s quality expectations touches every facet of our daily
operations.
ISO 9001, the quality management system implemented at BE&K
Europe, covers the complete production and service cycle, from the
receipt of purchase order through engineering, planning, purchasing,
fabrication, erection, quality control, commissioning and finally,
maintenance services.
In 1998, BE&K Europe’s Quality Management System was audited by
two certification institutions, Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH
and the Polish Ship Register (Polski Rejestr Statków). As a result,
both institutions decided that our quality management system follows
the PN-EN ISO 9001 regulations and awarded BE&K Europe an ISO 9001
Quality Management Certificate. The following years brought series of
successful controlling and renewing audits. In 2003, BE&K Europe
implemented a set of procedures according to the new edition of the
quality management system ISO 9001: 2000 series. Scope of services covered by the ISO 9001 certificate includes:
- On-site installation, construction and maintenance services in the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation craft
- Fabrication of steel structures
- Fabrication and repair of installations and machine parts
- Maintenance services
- Design and engineering services
