Complex solutions to engineering problems is one of the features characteristic of BE&K Europe’s Engineering Department.

Formulating, analysis and solving of engineering problems as for the process, construction, and equipment operation, all in consideration of tribology and diagnostics, are just some of the aspects taken into account during realization of complex engineering tasks.

Our engineering staff, experts and designers have an extensive professional experience. Thanks to our professional approach, every situation that arises is addressed in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Every solution and design is prepared with the use of state-of-the-art, computer aided design methods.

All of our engineering services are covered by the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

The scope of engineering services includes:

  • basic and detailed engineering in the mechanical, construction and installation crafts (the electrical and instrumentation crafts in cooperation with other engineering offices)
  • designs of new structures, modernization of machines and process equipment
  • analysis and solving of core engineering problems in the field of process construction and equipment operation
  • machine and mechanical equipment tests, analysis and evaluation of technical risks
  • defining stress and deformation distribution in elements and sets of equipment units and structural constructions
  • machine elements’ endurance tests, slide bearing load wearing tests, rolling bearing and gear wheel endurance and wearing tests
  • expertise in selection, operation and control of pumps and pump sets
  • expertise and engineering expert opinions concerning breakdown causes, machine failures and construction faults
  • technical consulting and expertise in machine selection, material engineering, friction, wearing and operation of mechanical equipment, welding processes and heat treatment
  • design and supervision over installation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • design of heating elements with plate, shell and tube heat exchangers
