Fabrication and Repair shop in Gródek

The scope of services provided by BE&K Europe – Gródek Division includes a broad range of quality fabrication, machining and maintenance capabilities. Though the core services focus on industrial power generation, hydro power plants and heating, extensive shop facilities of some 4,300m² allows realization of diversified fabrication, machining and process equipment repair projects.

Power boilers, Pressure vessels and Heat Exchangers

  • Steam heaters and superheaters, i.e. heating coils and tube bundles, water walls, bulkheads, power units
  • Cold bending of tubes up to dia 108 mm, bending radius 350 mm, wall thickness 8mm
  • Reconditioning and fabrication of new heat exchangers with tubes both expanded and welded to the tube sheet
  • Reconditioning and fabrication of heating chambers
  • Nondestructive examinations including X-rays

Power industry and Process Equipment
